We are excited to announce that the FIT Balance Class is back! With the oversight of Dr. Meredith Bremner in each workout, you are ensured to learn about your physical health and improve your function each session. This class was our most popular program at FIT Colorado and FIT Grand Junction. We are thrilled to offer it again with our partnership with XS CrossFit in Parker.
The goal of this class is to incorporate functional resistance exercise in a structured class that includes dynamic stretching, core stability, mobility drills, high intensity interval training, and balance/proprioception/neurologic training all in 1 hour! It truly is the most well-rounded exercise routine that you can find. This program has been time-tested for hundreds of clients and patients through the years in group and personal training settings. It is designed to improve:

Joint motion
Cardiovascular health
Bone mineral density
Quality of life
Longevity (absence of chronic disease)
In recent years, more evidence has emerged linking consistent functional fitness routines to longevity and decreased pain with aging. See this 60 Minutes interview with Dr. Attia that explains the link between longevity and exercise (click the link below).

The FIT Balance program is designed to meet the needs of the active adult of moderate fitness level to safely challenge and improve function, as well as tease out any movement-related deficits that we can address to better your quality of life.
