Summer Program!

Youth Strength and Conditioning

  • Does your youth athlete need to learn how to run more efficiently?

  • Are coaches telling your athlete that they need to start strength training?

  • Would you like your kids to learn to workout in a fun/group dynamic?

The Program

Dr. Meredith Bremner has been coaching athletes, preventing sports injuries, and successfully rehabbing patients of all ages for over a decade now with hundreds of success stories. She has designed a program for youth athletes that teaches the fundamental functional movements while also incorporating modern training techniques that increase participants' endurance, power, and agility for all sports-related movements. This program has been implemented in gym settings as well as outdoor group class utilizing free weights and various equipment.

The Outcome

By the end of the summer session, your athlete will know how to perform a dynamic warmup, run with proper technique, perform the basic functional movements with safe body mechanics and various equipment, know the difference between strength programs and conditioning workouts, and walk away with the basic knowledge of major muscle groups and how to stretch properly. If consistently attending these workouts, their endurance, strength, and movement patterns will improve dramatically with this program.
