Meredith Bremner, PT DPT, cert DN, cert CMFA
Dr. Meredith Bremner is the founder of FIT Colorado Physical Therapy. Along with her husband, Chris, she started FIT Grand Junction which was a one-of-a-kind functional fitness gym guided by Physical Therapists. She now is expanding to the Denver area!
While earning her doctorate at the University of Colorado Medical School in Denver, Meredith Bremner was drawn to both neurologic rehabilitation and sports medicine and was selected for internships at Children's Hospital Sports Medicine Rehab and Craig Hospital to treat patients with spinal cord injury and brain injury. During her time at Craig Hospital, she treated patients in both outpatient and inpatient and developed an appreciation for spinal pathology and functional movement impairments. She spent a total of 3 years at Craig but was drawn back to sports medicine and general orthopedic rehabilitation with the desire to treat patients who would like to return to sport and optimal functional capacity.

Dr. Meredith grew up in Evergreen, Summit County, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She competed nationally and internationally in downhill and Nordic ski racing and road cycling; training and traveling with the US Junior National Cycling Team and US Ski Team. During her athletic career, she earned 5 state titles, 5 top 3 finishes at Nationals for skiing and cycling, and traveled to Austria, Germany, France, New Zealand, and around the country to compete for the US.
