 Doctor of Physical Therapy
Meredith Bremner, PT DPT, cert DN, cert CMFA

Dr. Meredith Bremner is the founder of FIT Colorado Physical Therapy.  Along with her husband, Chris, she opened a one-of-a-kind functional fitness/medical fitness gym on the Western Slope with the aim of providing fitness coaching to all ages and levels.  After successfully building that business and helping hundreds of gym members, she and her family moved back to Parker, Colorado where she now serves the south Denver metro area as a Concierge Doctor of Physical Therapy.

While earning her doctorate at the University of Colorado Medical School in Denver, Meredith Bremner was drawn to both neurologic rehabilitation and sports medicine and was selected for internships at Children's Hospital Sports Medicine Rehab and Craig Hospital to treat patients with spinal cord injury and brain injury. During her time at Craig Hospital, she treated patients in both outpatient and inpatient and developed an appreciation for spinal pathology and functional movement impairments. She spent a total of 3 years at Craig but was drawn back to sports medicine and general orthopedic rehabilitation with the desire to treat patients who would like to return to sport and optimal functional capacity.

As an athlete Meredith earned 5 top 3 finishes in Nationals, 5 CO State Championship titles in skiing and cycling, and competing in the US, Europe, and New Zealand with the Rocky Mountain Division and US Junior National team.  She skied competitively for Montana State University and continues to train for running races, Spartan races, and ski races. Outside of the clinic, you can find her at her local CrossFit gym or with her 2 sons and husband.
