The Problem with Most Online Exercise Routines

Less equipment means less variety and less function.  Dr. Meredith explains how overuse injuries result for body weight and repetitive movements in most online exercise programs. That is why we recommend using weights to load your muscles and joints! In Balance, we recommend a small amount of equipment that allows us to use our bodies in more functional ways. 

 

It also results in a healthier, more robust body!  

 

WHAT to Expect

Balance and FIT Advanced are the best functional movement programs on the market for the individual who wants to focus on movement quality and needs a well-rounded, varied program to work off of. We incorporate all the major muscle groups, cardio, strength, core and then pull it all together with your Physical Therapist's favorite injury prevention exercises.

An expert can help you no matter how complex the issue. At FIT, we are confident that we have the expertise to work through any movement issue you may have. During your subscription to our fitness programs, you will have a complimentary 15 minute consultation with Dr. Meredith to answer any questions or issues that might arise with the fitness program. When do you ever get to talk to a doctor about your fitness routine? 

FIT Advanced

Advanced programming for the athlete who has specific goals in mind. These programs incorporate olympic lifts, barbell training, and high intensity interval training. FIT advanced is designed with considerations for optimal volume, strength, and accessory work in mind. This will result in better fitness for the gung-ho athlete!
